I am so glad I am not the only one to think the customer service here is horrible! Walked in and got no greeting or smile. Just a grouchy lady asking how many snow cones she needed to make. The only reason I think people come here is because it's the first snowcone/ice cream shop you walk up to in the village. Believe me, keep walking about 100 yards to the lone red shop that also serves snowcones and other snacks. They will greet you with a friendly smile. OR BETTER YET! walk up a little bit by the lion fountain and you will come across a little booth selling Italian ice called GELU. This stuff is amazing! Friendly service and they happily give you samples of their flavors. We were walking around after getting our crappy snow cones and I saw this little booth with a friendly young man in it and he asked us if we wanted a sample. They have only been open a couple weeks we were told. After we tried it, all 4 of us were mad that we had just gotten the snow cones. 2 hours later after we rode out to copper canyon we were all craving GELU, so we had to go back. If you buy a large for $5 you get to pick four flavors. I got watermelon, lime, cherry and mango. DELISH!! This time there was a young lady helping us and she also happily served us

Awesome shaved ice!! You walk out of the shop and sit on a bench looking at London Bridge. Great time with friends or family.

This is a fun little place. You walk in, get a big scoop of ice cream, and leave. The prices are really really good, since the last time I was there, I got a big scoop of rocky road in a cone of just $1. Totally great! It's also located right along the edge of the lake, so you can walk around and watch people having fun in their boats or whatever.

Want to get riped off come here.....This place ruined the day for us. First the snob of an employee didn't put my son's ice cream on the cone all the way so when he walked out of the store it fell off. He ran back in but was told that he was out of luck because he had left the store. This upset my husband so he walked out without his ice cream. Realizing that she had charged us we went back and she refused to give him his ice cream and called security on us. They refused to give us a receipt so security told us there was nothing we could do. I hope they get some competition because maybe then they would figure out what customer service is.

Hawaii's finest....? No. The shop is small... Hot and they take cash only. There are limited flavors. The pineapple ice we got was alright...not very smooth.

London Bridge Ice Cream on the Waterfront is such a glorious place. If you've been to Havasu, or live there, I don't have to tell you how hideously hot it gets. You basically fry alive. So having the London Bridge Ice Cream Parlor there to save you from baking internally is truly a wonderful thing. They have tons of flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt, shakes, malts, sundaes, lemonade, soft drinks and more and they're all delicious. You can't really go wrong, so order anything. Tell them Shannon sent you. They'll have no idea who I am, but let them know how much I love their cookies and cream.

Wow, my wife kids and I found a hair in our one of our snow cones. I'm not one to leave a 1 star review and I know things happen but come on... hair in a snow cone?

Great ice cream! The only reason I gave 3 stars is the lack of customer service. We watched 2 women walk out after waiting n waiting. Then watched the server serve a family w kids and never crack a smile. When it was our turn the attitude was the same. No personal interaction just "what can I get for you" and that's it. People are in Havasu on vacation and having a good time. We want to be greeted with a smile and friendly service. Stay home if you want to be crabby.
